How the Workspace Is Organized
The SignalX interface is split into four persistent zones. Understanding what lives where saves you time every session - especially when markets are moving fast.
Top Bar - Global Controls
Symbol search, timeframe selector, chart type, indicator library, bar replay, undo/redo, and export. Always visible across every session.
Chart Area - Main Canvas
Live and historical price rendering, indicator sub-panels, drawing overlays, zoom/pan, and the right-click action menu.
Left Panel - Drawing Tools
Trendlines, Fibonacci retracements, horizontal levels, shapes, arrows, text labels, and the measurement tool.
Right Panel - Watchlists
Multiple named watchlists with live LTP, change %, and volume. Click any symbol to load it instantly onto the chart.
All four zones stay visible simultaneously - no need to close one panel to access another. Resize the chart and watchlist panels by dragging the divider between them.
A Typical Trading Session on SignalX
Most traders follow a repeatable sequence from pre-market prep through to post-market review. Here is how that maps to SignalX features.
Pre-market: Build Your Watchlist
Add potential candidates to a named watchlist the night before. Review higher timeframe charts and mark key levels using horizontal lines and Fibonacci tools.
Market Open: Run the Scanner
Use the scanner to catch early momentum - filter by volume surge, gap up/down, or breakout conditions. Add qualifying symbols directly to your session watchlist.
Intraday: Let Alerts Do the Watching
Set price or indicator alerts on your shortlisted stocks so you are notified the moment a setup triggers - without needing to stare at every chart.
Post-market: Review with Bar Replay
Replay the session candle-by-candle. Identify where your entry/exit logic held up and where it broke - essential for building consistency.
Save a layout after your pre-market prep so your charts, drawings, and indicators are exactly where you left them when the session begins.
